Preamble
The Citizen Charter 2026 contains information about the various services available to the people within the jurisdiction of Koruthodu Grama Panchayat through the Panchayat, the procedures for obtaining services, required documents, prescribed time limits, concerned officers, fees/charges, grievance redressal mechanisms, and related matters.
This document helps citizens clearly understand their rights and the services to be provided by the Panchayat, and ensures that services are delivered in a transparent, timely and citizen-friendly manner.
